We at ZoeM Skin Essentials do the best we can to ensure quality products are delivered to your doorstep. However, if we could not make it this time, at ZoeM , we always firmly stand for "no questions asked" returns.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we will not be able offer you a refund or exchange.
- Email to email@example.com with the subject line "RETURN"
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Tags should be intact on the products.
- Tampered goods or items returned without the original packaging will not be returned/refunded.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- You will be responsible for bearing any shipping charges that may incur. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trusted courier services company to ensure a smooth return procedure.
- ZoeM Skin Essentials is not responsible for any damage post delivery.
- Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, ZoeM Skin Essentials will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take upto three weeks for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of an exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:
